Packaging Requirements

Whilst every effort is made to ensure safe transport of your goods, We at Elynet world Cargo ask customers to package goods in an appropriate manner as described below to greatly reduce the chances of accidental damage during transport.

The onus is on you, not the driver to ensure your goods are suitably packaged as described below.

*If  your goods are not compliant with the packaging requirements or are deemed oversized or overweight, they may be rejected by the driver or local depot. Your goods will be returned to the sender and a failed collection charge will incur.

All shipments are subject to volumetric checks at any stage of the delivery. If your package is deemed oversized or overweight additional fees will incur or will be liable for return.

Failure to comply with our packaging requirements will invalidate any liability claims.

Measuring your goods:

• Length: Measure the longest side of your package from one end to the other.

• Height: Measure the package from the bottom to the tallest point.

• Width: Measure from the widest point of your fully packaged goods.

Unboxed Service New 

Our new unboxed service allows you to send goods not contained in a structured cardboard box, examples of this are suitcases and tyres, please ensure your goods are suitably protected with bubble wrap, cling film or cardboard including exposed metal.

Th e following  is recommended    

•            Courier bags A2,3,4, up to 10 Kilos

•            Standard parcels up to 25 kilos and 1.5 metres

•            Length parcels up to 25 kilos and 2 metres

TV,Tablets and Other Fragile Goods

We recommend original packaging when bought/or equivalent

Harzards Goods

We can send the hazards goods under restricted packaging which has to be done by ourselves as per airlines(AITA) requirements. The following are examples of hazards goods:

Adhesives. Aerosols. Air Bags for Cars. Ammunition & Guns. Batteries. Camping Stoves. Christmas Crackers. Solvents and Cleaners. Compressed Air & Gas Cylinders. Diesel, Fuel & Gasoline. Dry Ice Fire Extinguishers. Fireworks. Hair Curlers. Helium. Infectious Substances. Insecticides. Life Jackets. Liquid Bleach & Chlorine. Liquid Bleach & Chlorine. Nail Varnish. Paint & Turpentine Pepper Spray. Perfume & Aftershave. Radioactive Material. Safety Matches. Seat Belts. Thermometer.

All Other Items

All other items must be fully wrapped in bubble wrap and then fully enclosed in cardboard. Exterior packaging must be labelled with the full delivery address.

Your fully packaged item must not exceed:

Weight: 30kgs
Length: 1.6m
Height and Width Combined: 1.2m
(i.e. when you add the width and height together, they should not be more than 120cm)
